However, Dillip Kumar Nayak's long run from law was cut short when the commissionerate police on Tuesday lay their hands on the serial house-breaker who would camouflage as a painter to white wash his real trait and trail.

His arrest, nevertheless has come as a major success for the police in the Capital City where he had single-handedly plundered as many as 40 households without raising a stink in the last three years.

As per reports, 'most wanted' Nayak used to work as a building painter and engaged at various households in Bhubaneswar.
