Bhubaneswar, Dec. 25 -- Odia comedian and YouTuber Ashis Kumar Das, popularly known as Mr Gulua, has raised serious allegations of threat to life and extortion, claiming that unknown persons have been demanding a large sum of money and warning him of violent consequences if the demand is not met.

The allegations were made public through a video posted by him on social media on Thursday morning, in which he appeared visibly emotional and revealed that he is currently "in hiding" and "may or may not be alive tomorrow."
