Jagatsinghpur, Sept. 20 -- In a major development in the murder case of nurse Niharika Patra, her friend and accused Kishore Chandra Anchal alias Raja, surrendered before the police today.
Raja was absconding after body of the 23-year-old victim, who worked as a paramedical staff at a private nursing home in Cuttack was found from Biluakhai riverbed in Jagatsinghpur on Tuesday.
As per reports, police have collected blood samples of Niharika's parents and sent to Capital hospital in Bhubaneswar for DNA test for identification of the body.
