Bhubaneswar, Dec. 13 -- In an age dominated by noise, outrage and spectacle, a quiet act of kindness has struck a powerful chord. A short video circulating on social media has reminded millions that compassion does not need grand stages or loud slogans. Sometimes, it simply arrives in the form of a warm cup of tea and a genuine smile.

The now-viral video captures a woman stepping out of her home every morning at around 7:15 am, just as garbage collection vehicles pass through her neighbourhood. With a pot of freshly brewed tea in hand, she calmly pours tea into a glass and offers it to sanitation workers standing on the garbage truck. She then serves tea to the driver, completing the ritual before returning indoors.
