Bhubaneswar, Oct. 29 -- Puri: Devotees will miss the much-awaited grand spectacle of Nagarjuna Besha of Lord Jagannath this year owing to the COVID-19 situation.
The decision to put curbs on the entry of devotees for darshan in the temple was taken by the Shree Jagannath Temple Administration (SJTA) on Thursday while finalising the timings for the mega ritual to be held on November 27. Nagarjuna Besha of the Lord was last held in 1994.
Confirming the development, the Niti Prasasak (Administrator, Rituals), Jitendra Sahu today informed that the preparations for the Najarjuna Besha of the Lord have almost reached their final stages and the timings of the rituals have been approved.
