Bhubaneswar, Dec. 6 -- In a decisive move aimed at protecting air passengers amid widespread flight disruptions, the Ministry of Civil Aviation has directed IndiGo to clear all pending refunds without delay and fully complete the process by 8 PM on December 7, 2025. The Ministry emphasised that passengers affected by cancellations or rescheduling must not be charged any additional fees, warning that non-compliance will attract immediate regulatory action.
