The India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Wednesday clarified that no official warning has been issued regarding any cyclone formation as of now. Amid rising public curiosity and a series of media reports speculating about a possible cyclone between May 23 and May 28, the IMD has firmly denied these claims.

Speaking to OTV, reliable sources within the IMD stated that there is no current system in the Bay of Bengal that indicates the development of a cyclone.
