Bhubaneswar, Feb. 23 -- The people across Odisha are now experiencing cooler nights owing to considerable drop in mercury following light to moderate rain triggered by thunderstorm activities in the past several days.

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Sunday predicted that there will be no large change in the minimum temperature (night temperature) in Odisha during the next 4-5 days.

Moreover, several parts of the state are likely to experience thunderstorm with lightning for the next two days. An 'Orange Warning' for some districts has also been issued for the next 24 hours.
