Bhubaneswar, Dec. 23 -- A closed-door meeting led by former Congress leader Mohammed Moquim was held at Kuakhai in Jajpur district on Tuesday, triggering widespread political speculation. Moquim, who was earlier expelled from the Congress party for anti party activities, attended the meeting along with several senior leaders and party workers.
