Bhubaneswar, Sept. 18 -- In order to ease the rush in the main offices of Regional Transport Officers (RTOs) in the capital city for obtaining learner's licenses (LL) following enforcement of the new Motor Vehicles (Amendment) Act, three more camp offices have been opened in Bhubaneswar to issue licenses to the denizens from today.
The camps have been opened at Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) Office near Kalpana Square, BMC Ward Office at Saheed Nagar and BMC Zonal Office near Nalco Square. A notification in this regard was earlier issued by the State Transport Department.
