Construction of the second high-level bridge over the Baitarani River on the Salapada-Anandpur Road in Keonjhar district is progressing steadily, stated the Odisha Bridge & Construction Corporation (OBCC) in a post on 'X' on Wednesday.
The post detailed that the project is a critical step toward improving connectivity between NH-20 and SH-53, addressing the longstanding challenges posed by the existing bridge's deteriorating condition.
OBCC reported that current work includes the construction of lift retaining walls, shaft concrete pouring, and reinforcement of the P8-P9 deck slab.
