Bhubaneswar, May 3 -- Bhubaneswar/New Delhi: The National Eligibility cum Entrance test for post graduate students (NEET PG) exam has been postponed for at least 4 months.

The decision has been taken after a review of the Covid situation in the country by Prime Minister Narendra Modi today. The PMO has said the postponement will make large number of qualified doctors available for COVID duties.

As per the announcement, individuals who complete 100 days of COVID duty would be given priority in the upcoming regular Government recruitments.

Medical interns would be deployed for COVID management duties under the active supervision of their faculty.
