The National Cadet Corps (NCC) continues to play a transformative role in shaping the youth of the country into disciplined, responsible citizens and future leaders, said Odisha Governor Dr. Hari Babu Kambhampati. He was addressing a state-level seminar titled "NCC - A Force Multiplier in Nation Building" at the OUAT Auditorium on Saturday.
The event was organized by the NCC Directorate, Odisha, and brought together a wide spectrum of stakeholders from defence, academia, and administration.
