Bhubaneswar, Dec. 6 -- IndiGo Airlines' operational crisis stretched into its fifth consecutive day on Saturday, leaving hundreds of passengers stranded at major airports across the country. With frequent flight cancellations and rescheduling, travelers, many trying to reach urgent destinations, faced mounting inconvenience and frustration.
At airports in Delhi, Mumbai, Pune and several other cities, passengers were visibly agitated over the lack of clarity regarding the restoration of normal services. Many said they received no firm updates from IndiGo counters despite repeated inquiries. Several heated exchanges between fliers and staff were captured on video, which have since circulated widely on social media.
