Bhubaneswar, Nov. 30 -- Bhubaneswar is gearing up for the fourth edition of Naman, a special initiative honouring constantly active police officers. This year, the event-dubbed Naman 4.0-will be organised independently by the Commissionerate Police in collaboration with Tarang TV and Naman Foundation.
Preparations began on Sunday with a foundation-laying ceremony for the stage at Parade Ground, scheduled to host the event on December 18. The ceremony was attended by Twin City Police Commissioner Suresh Dev Datta Singh, Odia actor Sabyasachi Mishra, and the Creative Head of Odisha Television Network Ranjan Satpathy.
