Bhubaneswar, Jan. 12 -- On the occasion of National Youth Day, a senior political leader from Cuttack, Mohammed Moquim, staged a show of strength on Monday by mobilising large numbers of young people, signalling the groundwork for his 'proposed new political party' in Odisha.

It is said that the event aimed at energising the youth ahead of the party's formal launch.

Adding political weight to the programme, Barabati-Cuttack Congress MLA and Moquim's daughter, Sofia Firdous, attended as the chief guest. AISF state president Sanghamitra Jena was also present, highlighting broader youth and student participation.
