Bhubaneswar, Dec. 13 -- Adding to unabated rise in sexual harassment cases against women and girls in Odisha, a minor girl was allegedly raped by a youth in Keshpur village under Rambila panchayat of Bhadrak. The accused was arrested by the police today after the matter came to the fore.
According to reports, the survivor who belongs to the tribal community was raped on December 10 but out of fear she chose to remain silent. However, after her health condition started to deteriorate, she narrated the ordeal to her mother.
