Bhubaneswar, Aug. 17 -- With each passing day, the capital city is witnessing a rise in criminal activities, holding on to its recent tag of being 'Unsafe' for denizens. Tension prevailed at Jagannath Vihar area in Rasulgarh today after a man brandished a gun at a youth following an argument with the latter over obstructing his car parked on the road-side.

The accused has been identified as Arabinda Mishra who reportedly works with a media organisation (name yet to be established).
