Bhubaneswar, Dec. 30 -- Nina Singh, the first woman IPS officer of Rajasthan cadre has created history by becoming the first woman chief of Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), which provides security cover to airports and industrial units across the country. A befitting Guard of Honour was accorded to the new CISF DG at the CISF headquarters in New Delhi. Later, senior officers and personnel of CISF interacted with CISF DG on the occasion. Nina, who was serving as the Special DG of CISF, has now been elevated to the post of Director General in the central forces.
