There will be no major change in the maximum temperature (day temperature) during the next five days in Odisha, informed the India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Monday.

However, as per the IMD, a rise in the maximum temperature by 2 - 4 degree C can be expected during the subsequent two days over the districts of Odisha.

No deviation in maximum temperature can be mainly attributed to thunderstorm or Kalbaisakhi which is likely to continue in different parts of Odisha for the entire week, it said.
