A maternal death at a private nursing home in Kendrapada has triggered allegations of medical negligence by the family of the deceased woman on Monday.
The incident occurred at a facility in Bhalagandi under Kendrapada Town Police limits, shortly after the woman gave birth to a stillborn child.
The deceased's husband, Sheikh Kuna from Paradip Garh, had brought his pregnant wife to the nursing home for delivery. According to the family members, she died shortly after delivering a stillborn baby.
