India, Feb. 28 -- In an unfortunate incident, the bodies of a man and his daughter were found inside a locked flat at Snehalata Apartments, located at Badambadi in Cuttack on Friday.

While the body of the father, identified as a 60-year-old Manas Ranjan Das, was found hanging, the body of the daughter was found lying on the bed. The duo had been residing in this rented accommodation for the past two years.

Circumstances under investigation As the cause of death remains unknown, preliminary reports hint at possible financial distress behind these tragic events. However, there has been no official confirmation regarding the circumstances leading to their deaths.
