LPG Cylinder To Be Cheaper By Rs 10 From April 1st
Bhubaneswar, March 31 -- New Delhi: with a view to give relief to domestic LPG consumers, the price of Domestic LPG cylinder has been reduced by Rs 10 (from Rs 819/cylinder to Rs 809/cylinder) at Delhi effective April 1, 2021, stated an Indian Oil press release on Wednesday. Same reduction has been carried out in other markets as well.
Moreover, Petrol and diesel prices saw a downward trend recently.
As per the news release, prices of crude oil and petroleum products in the international market have been on a constant uptrend since November 2020. As India largely imports crude oil and the prices are market-linked, the increase in international prices resulted in an increase in domestic price of petroleum products.
