In an incident of heist during the Raja celebrations, unidentified miscreants targeted a residence in Bhubaneswar's Niladri Vihar. They broke a window of the house, entered, and decamped with gold jewellery worth around Rs 5 lakh, sources said on Monday.
According to the sources, taking advantage of the Raja festival holiday, burglars struck at a residential house in the locality. The incident occurred when the homeowners were away celebrating, giving the miscreants an opportune moment to carry out the burglary.
