Bhubaneswar, Dec. 21 -- In an ugly turn of events, Lecturers and staff of Charampa College in Odisha's Bhadrak district staged a protest against the Principal, Amarendra Das, alleging serious misconduct. The protest on Sunday saw both male and female faculty members, along with non-teaching staff, coming together to voice their grievances.

The agitating employees accused the principal of misbehaviour, use of abusive and indecent language, and repeatedly humiliating teachers and staff. Holding placards and raising slogans, the protesters demanded immediate action against the college head.
