A shocking incident of an attempted abduction of a minor girl by two youths from West Bengal has stirred panic in the capital city of Bhubaneswar. The accused duo first sedated the girl and tried to kidnap her when she was unconscious, reports said.
How the girl came in contact with the accused duo was not immediately known. While police is yet to confirm if the victim had been raped by the two accused, locals suspect that the two had sedated her and were planning to rape her when they were caught.
