Bhubaneswar, Dec. 5 -- The fourth evening of the 36th Konark Festival on Thursday showcased captivating Manipuri and Odissi performances at the Konark Open-Air Auditorium. The annual cultural event is being organised with the support of the State Tourism Department in collaboration with the Sangeet Natak Akademi and the Odisha Tourism Development Corporation.

The evening began with artistes from Bimbabati Devi's Manipuri Nartanayalay in Kolkata presenting a Manipuri rendition of Krishna Raasleela. This was followed by Odissi performances led by Guru Bharat Charan Giri and artistes from Bharati Nartya Mandir, Bhubaneswar.
