Bhubaneswar, Feb. 13 -- Bhubaneswar: In wake of the heart-wrenching incident in the capital city where a five-year-old ailing boy lost his life after the ambulance carrying him to hospital got stuck in heavy traffic, Chairperson of Odisha State Commission for Protection of Child Rights (OSCPCR) Sandhyabati Pradhan, has slapped a notice to Bhubaneswar Traffic DCP to furnish detailed report in connection with the incident.

As per reports, OSCPCR Chairperson has demanded the traffic DCP to show under what circumstances the boy lost his life and what delayed the ambulance from reaching the hospital in time as has been alleged by the family members of the deceased kid.
