Bhubaneswar, Oct. 10 -- The ancient hills of Khandagiri and Udayagiri in Bhubaneswar, which showcaseOdisha's rich heritage and the historic legacy of Emperor Kharavela, are set to receive a long-awaited makeover after years of neglect. Famous for its rock-cut caves, the site has often been criticized for inadequate maintenance. The Odisha Tourism Development Corporation (OTDC) has now moved forward with concrete plans to rejuvenate and beautify the area.
