The investigation into the suspicious death of a Plus-3 student, who was found charred to death on Pattamundai of Kendrapara district last week, has taken a dramatic turn, with police intensifying questioning of her boyfriend and family members amid a swirl of new allegations.
According to reports, Kendrapara police, on Friday, detained the deceased student's boyfriend from Chennai and brought him to an undisclosed location for questioning.
The move followed a complaint lodged by the victim's family, who had accused him of mentally harassing and blackmailing their daughter.
