Bhubaneswar, Oct. 27 -- The Odisha Junior Teacher Aspirants' Association (OJTAA) on Wednesday launched 'all night dharna' at Lower PMG square in Bhubaneswar demanding filling up of vacant posts of junior teachers in the State.

The OJTAA members alleged that though over 20,000 junior teacher posts are lying vacant in the State, recruitment has not been conducted since December 2016. They said that about 75,000 candidates, who are qualified to be junior teachers, are awaiting appointments.
