Sambalpur, July 31 -- In a major development, the SDJM court here has given permission to Sambalpur police to conduct a DNA test of the recovered skull suspected to be of Jayashree Mishra, who was murdered eight years back. The Sambalpur police had sought permission of the SDJM court to conduct the DNA test.

As per reports, the sample of the skull will be collected tomorrow for the DNA test and will be matched with the DNA of the Jayashree's children.

"The SDPO today informed that DNA test of all the siblings is required to be done. We have written a letter and given our consent to extend all cooperation," said Bijayini.
