India's 25-year-old spin-bowling all-rounder, Washington Sundar, has signed with Hampshire County Cricket Club in the midst of the Asia Cup 2025. Hampshire on Thursday confirmed the acquisition of Sundar for their upcoming County Championship matches.
Although Sundar is currently part of India's Asia Cup 2025 squad as a standby player, he has not travelled to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) along with the main team. Like other reserve players, he will join the squad if needed during the tournament.
