Bhubaneswar, April 30 -- Mitigating intense hot and humid conditions has almost become a tough task for people in different parts of Odisha, including the twin cities of Cuttack and Bhubaneswar. It's already been over 17 days since Odisha witnessed heatwave to severe heatwave conditions (since the first week of April 2024).
