Bhubaneswar, Jan. 13 -- The Orissa High Court on Tuesday granted interim protection to singer Arpita Choudhury and Somesh Satapathy in connection with the death case of playback singer Humane Sagar. The Court also issued a notice to Humane Sagar's mother, Shefali Suna, and directed the Markatnagar police to submit the case diary. The matter has been listed for the next hearing on January 16.

The directions were issued while the High Court was hearing the anticipatory bail applications filed by Arpita Choudhury and Somesh Satapathy.
