Bhubaneswar, Dec. 29 -- In a significant development regarding the untimely death of popular Odia singer Humane Sagar, Cuttack DCP Rishikesh Khilari on Monday said that an investigation is underway into the death of Humane Sagar, based on a complaint lodged by his mother, Shefali Suna.

Responding on the matter, the DCP clarified that the probe is being conducted strictly on the basis of the allegations mentioned in the complaint. The Cuttack DCP stated that the individual named in the complaint will be brought under the ambit of investigation and questioned as part of the due process.

He further added that the police have already contacted the medical authorities. The case will be analysed in detail once the medical report is received....
