Orissa, March 8 -- Stray dog attacks are increasingly being reported from across India and have become a growing concern in the country. While in some cases it is a single dog, in others a pack of dogs attack people, mostly children. Recently, one such horrifying incident has surfaced on the internet that shows a stray dog attacking an infant. However, the infant's father woke just in time and saved his baby.
