Bhubaneswar, Feb. 17 -- A woman, who was critically injured in a Mo Bus accident that killed her daughter on Friday evening, succumbed to her injuries at AIIMS Bhubaneswar on Monday.

Reports stated that she was battling grievous injuries and was unable to recover.

The incident in question happened on the night of February 14 when a speeding Mo Bus, returning to Kalinga Nagar depot, allegedly rammed into two scooters in front of a mall in the Patrapada area of the state capital.

The first impact crushed a woman to death on the spot while throwing her husband meters away, leaving him with severe injuries.
