Bhubaneswar, Jan. 9 -- Two young men were killed in a hit-and-run accident involving an unidentified vehicle near Dadhimachagadia Chhak on National Highway-16, under Khordha Sadar police limits in Odisha, on Friday morning.

According to police and local sources, the incident occurred when the victims were travelling on a scooter from Banapur Sanahantuad towards Bhubaneswar. The deceased have been identified as Bikash Baral (20) and Subhranshu Sundaray (21). Both sustained critical injuries in the collision and were declared dead at the scene.
