Bhubaneswar, Jan. 30 -- Perturbed by a losing grip in the scooter market, India's largest motorcycle maker, Hero Motocorp took the wraps off the Maestro Xoom110 scooter on Monday.

Priced at Rs 68,599, Hero, which is already dominated by the likes of Honda, TVS, and Suzuki, aims to capture the scooter market in India with Maestro Xoom 110.

It comes in a choice of three variants - LX, VX, and ZX, with the entry-level variant LX priced at Rs. 68,599 (ex-showroom) and the high-end variant ZX priced at Rs. 76,699 (ex-showroom).

With no new engine, Hero has put more focus on Xoom's styling and features to create an appeal to the youths who are getting increasingly fond of stylish and sporty-looking scooters.
