Heavy rain to lash these Odisha districts during next 24 hours

Heavy rain and thunderstorms with lightning and gusty surface wind are very likely to occur at one or two places over at least five districts in Odisha during the next 24 hours, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) regional centre forecasted on Tuesday.

In its mid-day bulletin, the IMD regional centre mentioned, "Heavy to very heavy rainfall has occurred during the past 24 hours at one or two places over the districts of Keonjhar, Sundargarh, Deogarh, Sambalpur, Mayurbhanj, Angul, and Balasore of North Odisha."
