Bhubaneswar, June 13 -- Ahead of the three-day Raja festivities which begins on Monday, the Southwest Monsoon covered entire Odisha on Sunday. As a result, several parts of the State continue to experience heavy rainfall under its influence, said India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Sunday.

A yellow warning has been sounded by the IMD predicting rain and thunderstorm in several parts of the State in the next 24 hours. As per IMD, squally weather with surface wind speed reaching 40 -50 kmph gusting to 60 kmph is likely over off Odisha coast and North Bay of Bengal adjoining westcentral Bay of Bengal till June 15.
