The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted continued heavy rainfall across Odisha till July 19, with the possibility of intense downpours in the northern and western regions.

On Tuesday, the weather office issued a Yellow Warning for Mayurbhanj, Keonjhar, Sundargarh, Sambalpur, and Jharsuguda, predicting heavy rain accompanied by gusty surface winds reaching speeds of 30-40 kmph.
