Bhubaneswar, Nov. 23 -- Dense fog enveloped Karanjia in Mayurbhanj on Tuesday. The heavy fog has reportedly affected the movement of people in the area while the state is slowly and gradually bracing itself for the full impact of winter and its dropping temperature.
