Bhubaneswar, Dec. 8 -- Authorities in Malkangiri district have imposed BNS-163 across a 10-kilometre perimeter spanning MV-26 and Rakhelguda villages following escalating tension between the two communities. Additionally, the residential school located in MV-26 has been declared closed for four days as a precautionary measure while the situation remains under observation.
The unrest erupted after a headless body of a woman from Rakhelguda was recovered near the Dudumetla river.
