Bhubaneswar, April 8 -- Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Thursday asked the collectors of all districts to hand over unused state properties in different districts, blocks and panchayats to Mission Shakti Mahasanghs within two months to empower women in the State.

Mission Shakti Mahasangh, the apex body of women self help groups in the State work at the district, block and panchayat levels.
