In a late-night heist, five masked miscreants broke into a house through the roof and looted valuables at gunpoint in Dewanbahali village under Sharata police limits in Mayurbhanj's Udala area. The incident took place around 1 am on Saturday, when brothers Chandan Nayak and Ranjan Nayak were asleep.
The intruders overpowered the duo, holding them at gunpoint, and allegedly threatened them to disclose where cash and jewellery were kept before executing the loot.
