Bhubaneswar, Dec. 4 -- Stray dog attacks have become a worrying reality in India, with countless distressing videos of children, women and elderly persons being chased or mauled circulating widely. The fear, anger and helplessness surrounding these incidents have grown tremendously.
Yet, in the midst of this chaos, a deeply moving story has emerged. A pack of stray dogs transformed into silent protectors/guardians for an abandoned newborn in West Bengal, shielding him through a long, cold night.
According to reports, the pack formed a tight ring around the tiny infant outside the toilet of a house in Nabadwip, guarding him through the vulnerable early hours of Monday. Their vigil ended only when a local woman arrived and lifted the baby...
