Bhubaneswar, Nov. 4 -- Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi on Tuesday inaugurated the Kalinga Bali Yatra 2025 at Paradip in Jagatsinghpur district, marking the beginning of one of Odisha's most celebrated maritime festivals.

Speaking at the inaugural event, the Chief Minister described the Bali Yatra as a symbol of the courage and enterprise of Odia seafarers, and reaffirmed the State Government's commitment to transforming Paradip into a key hub of economic growth and cultural pride.
