For today's Gen Z women, health planning isn't just about fitness and finance; it's also about fertility. A nationwide survey by Motherhood Hospitals and Nova IVF Fertility, involving over 200 women aged 23 to 30 across metros and tier-I cities, has revealed a striking trend: 51% of Gen Z women want fertility tests included in their regular health check-ups.
With a focus on planned parenthood, 40% of the respondents said they aim to start trying for pregnancy between the ages of 28 and 32. About 25% expressed concerns about fertility timelines, reflecting growing awareness about how age plays a key role in reproductive health.
